Hm.. Why not on the orange (Scion) one, add in a circle of color where we have the main lens of the headlight? The BRZ and the 86 have their respective LED strips, ours seems too... empty?

LOL wonder if it's coincidence, or what? I found it on one of the free font sites it's called Saucer BB. I certainly didn't see it on SoCal's logo before choosing it for mine. I picked it actually because its very reminiscent of the font used for MR2 logos.

I thought about that... but thought it would be weird to put the lens in the Scion but not in the other 2... and then the other 2 would look too cluttered. But I see what you are saying I can give that a shot on the Scion only.

Hopefully a happy coincidence! I think it would actually be kind of cool if both NorCal and SoCal used the same font or some similar theme. Hmm maybe I should enlarge the '86' like they did. LOL so much for my "last final version" haha.

hey @overlookedx and @bignrichlll just wanted to make sure you guys saw the Friday deadline to present your final final really really final designs so you can get something in.

Thanks! I saw the deadline, and I'll try to get a final design in if I can. But I honestly love your last design, I like the simplicity, the bold colors, the font, think it will work great on a t-shirt, and we can use the design with the tach for a sticker or something.

Anyway, I'll submit my design for the poll sometime today hopefully.

Also, I won't be able to make a drive or meet Saturday unless it's later in the day. Got a Quakes game to attend at 1pm (season tix).

ok, I took random0's suggestion and added a circle to the Scion's headlight.

Sorry for the ugly watermarks, I suddenly got paranoid (again) that I'd see my hard work being sold on t-shirts at the local flea market LOL. obviously the final design wouldn't have that on there.

Any chances of anyone going to go drive in the Skyline/9 area Sat morning 9-11? I have to take the kids to Foster City by 9, free until 11, watch their performance, free again till 3, watch their 2nd performance then home. Krispy Kreme @ UC sounds really good then. Sure we can use the sugar rush.

I might be able to join you. But my MR2 is walking wounded right now... better not to push it too hard with leaking CV boot and broken suspension. Though it was just fine the other night no issues felt ...
Obviously I can take the BRZ, but I thought I might try to take the MR2 down to Milpitas and get some estimates on repair, and maybe hit up the Simplicity in Sound meet.

I'm in town but I was planning on doing the autoX at the fair grounds that morning (probably won't be done until around noon). Around what time were you planning on going?

Change of plans, I don't know how much free time I may have now. Kids' performances are intricate.

No worries, you definitely gotta be there for the family. We'll drive together again soon.
