If you went through with the tint, mind if I ask how much you paid? Looking to get tints too and hopefully somewhere down in the South Bay. Thanks.

http://www.canlasmobiletint.com

This guy does it out of his garage in north San Jose (Berryessa). Cool guy. Did my front windows for a good price and it only took him half an hour. (The rest of the windows came blacked out from the dealer)

He was recommended to me by John at Xtreme HID where I got HIDs and LEDs (which I LOVE!) http://www.yelp.com/biz/xtreme-hid-san-jose#query:extreme%20hid

I did, don't do it -- I've been going there for years, but this last job on a brand new car.

He scratched up my interior, the tint wasn't perfect and he inprinted some circle type thing (probably his key ring) into my brand new cup holder.

My car has only seen 400 miles today, and this was done when I had the car for less than 100miles =/ I'm quite sad. Look elsewhere for tints. I'm never going back to him.

Funny, all my parts from Xtreme HID failed. 100% failure In fact, they work right in that plaza where they have a hawaiian bbq and a viet rice restaurant.

No worries -- did you mod your headlamps and pushed the squirrel spotters/finders down?

Wow, thanks for the warning, sorry to hear that happened. Did he even try to make it up to you?

Judging from his lack of pointing it out, and knowing him for this long, it wasn't worth pointing it out and having him not do anything but feel bad. I'm just never going back to him.

He did tints and my clear bra-- screwed up 2 of 2. I truly believe that he thinks i'm ignorant of the damage and that he was going to pass it up. He could have been honest with me and said that I scratched up the interior a bit, but nope -- I'm just quite unhappy with the results. There's lint in the rear driverside portion of the tint on the back window, and he kept it there -- probably due to the fact that it was hard to tint that portion of the window.

Yeah, head elsewhere. I'm redoing my bra at the end of the year from a guy in pleasanton. This guy is recommended by an old buddy of mine that owns detail addict in Santa Clara -

Btw, if you want a GREAT wash and good care without doing the work -- go to him. www.detailaddict.com let him know James w/ white FRS sent you. He'll take care of you.
