So I came up with the most amazing tasting guilt-free late night snack that tastes good, will kill your hunger and keep healing muscles fed all throughout the night! (I sound like an infomercial)

1/2 scoop Combat Powder 'Orange Creamsicle' (this stuff is INSANELY good

)

+

1 serving of Cottage Cheese (it doesn't matter what brand, I buy the big one from Costco)

+

1 Serving of In-store made Honey Roasted Peanut butter from Whole foods (the machine looks like this)

=

Blown mind.

A somewhat talented underground rapper. Saw him live last year. His lyrical content is basically limited to illicit drug use, sex/sexual acts/misogyny, but he has more "talent" than the mainstream rappers.

I know just so sad.. They need ejection seats on planes like this..

Its crazy how many moving parts are on a plane and electronics and a simple thing breaks or over looked causing the cargo to shift inside the plane while taking off and turning.. You can see it in the beginning the plane looks vertical. That moment I was praying I knew something happen..

Going on vacation the first week of June, can't wait, first paid vacation ever so pretty excited. Going to South Carolina and will probably be taking the FR-S too.

At this point when all this running is kicking my ass, I'm now considering looking for a good protein mix now. So thanks for the reminder and I'll keep combat powder on the radar.

Yeah I hear you..I work next to Mira mar military base and 2 F-16 hornets have crashed with in a 8 mile radius near my work.. Pretty tripped out when I hear jets/helis flying over..

1st jet crashed into home killing a wife and kid while husband at work.. Pilot ejected safe..

2nd jet crashed on empty land by freeway no one hurt pilot ejected safe..
