I've had pretty decent luck with Sullivan Tire. I give them the specs I want on paper and they do it. Think it was $89 last time.
Sold our last BRZ today; I was a little sad to see it go, but glad to see the new owner happy - he's been following the car as long as I have. Next one is mine, baby! Then I'm going to get a new job, because eff car sales.

Went out grocery shopping and came back to find that some guy with the greasiest hands had looked at the interior of my car. Grossest hand print ever. Man at least wash your hands... Worse was that it was on the driver side window....
