Snoopy that pic is EPIC!

I prefer the 86 bumper and shape/ look of the fogs.
However I much prefer the 3/4 halos on the brz to the angry eyebrows of the 86.
I hope ppl are wrong and the headlight buckets are a direct swap...
All of that pales when you consider I will be on the inside driving, so the interior is more important to me. I hope the brz comes in a trim that eliminates the silver dash because I much prefer the black gauge arrangement. All the other interior differences are probably trim related and so in the air.

AND, all of that is small potatos in comparison to the price. Final decision will almost definitely be decided by price.

until then BRZ

My plan is to..

Debadge the subaru. Replace the BRZ fender emblem with the 86 emblem. Remove steering wheel and import one from JP to get the 86.

But that's just me. lol

This really needs to be moved to the vs Forum. We didn't have a poll on the others so this thread is still useful.

Pronounce it Brzo then, it sounds like Bryzo, I think, but I am no expert on Croatian. It means quickly or fast.

I picked the 86 because to me it's the original.
The BRZ and the FRS were derived from the 86, but unlike successors - it seems as those they're more like incomplete clones.

- just my 86cents.

To me, if anything, the BRZ looks like the VW Scirocco concept (as far as the front bumper design):

I like the BRZ more overall but there are several elements of the 86 that are better. I'll have to do a walk around each of them to be sure.

You are picking the 'original' of three cars being released at exactly the same time? Think whatever they want you to think.
