I wasnt able to. I mean i passed by the venue before the event started, but when i saw guys in slacks and ties i was like "meh! not my style!" so i just bounced and drove around. I was thinking of asking those Viet coffee shop girls.

Ask a photographer. They typically do pro bono shoots with inspiring models. Benefit for the photographer is s/he gets to put his name on the pictures. Benefit for the model...free professional photos.

I'll ask for you anyways.

Been going to the viet coffee shops lately coz of the weather. An avocado smoothie is best taken on a hot day.

I just looked at my gopro footage from the drive Saturday, and I was surprised that the footage from the front of my car is completely unusable. The video is jittering the whole time, I didn't realize the front end is that bouncy! I guess don't ever mount a gopro on the hood of the 86.

Any idea why this would be? I used to do this on my wrx with stiff suspension on back roads and never had a problem with jitter.

Yeah, had the same problem a few drives back, seems as though our hoods are pretty loosely latched. Also, don't bother with mounting it on the plastic bumper (those 3M stick-on mounts), had a similar vibration problem since its just a plastic "skin" and not very solidly mounted. Pretty much the only good angles I've had so far was suction cup mount of the roof and my home brew tow-hook mount.

yeah I recall someone in the EU complaining that the hood tends to flutter or balloon at high speed. So far I have only stuck my GoPro to the windows (rear, rear quarters, inside front windshield) because perhaps irrationally I think the suction cups work best on glass. I may eventually have to convince @MyRx to make me a tow hook mount or buy one. Alternatively, using my GrimmSpeed front plate mount with some kind of bolt-on solution.
