You'll be fine, it's just an oil change.
On a side note, the service tech that changed my oil was rifling through my owners manual during oil change. When I asked what he was looking for, he was trying to verify type of oil and quantity needed. My point here is a tech discovering you have a tune will be the least of your worries... Do the the change yourself if your worried. Save the receipt of the oil and filter for warranty if it ever comes up.
I let the dealer do the cars first oil change and it tooks hours ever after they pulled it in. Service writer said "oil changes take a while on the new cars". Never again. And no they probably won't notice. Chances are the job will go to the oil change kid.

Its a 20-30 minute drive to the dealer plus the wait. Its literally quicker to do it myself.

As far as them noticing, the deal plugged their scan tool into my ECU the other day to revalibrate the window switches. They didn't notice it was tuned.

If you blow the engine, they might dig deep enough to see if it was flashed, but otherwise they'll never even bother looking.

Not only is it difficult for them to tell, but it is going to take a high level engineer to tell what was actually done and thus give any potential warranty issues. See here: [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnuson%E2%80%93Moss_Warranty_Act"]Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia[/ame]
Now if your tuner set your cam timing to hit the pistons or ignition timing way past the knock threshold and your motor blows, then no argument there. If they run it too lean and your cat melts then they certainly won't replace your cat (nor would they if you ran it at the track even without a tune....). But if there are no issues with the car and just maintenance, I'm not aware of any legal precedent that says they can void your warranty. |

THIS. Everyone, please... DO YOUR OWN CHANGE! Worth the peace of mind knowing that you took the time to let all the old oil drain out while the engine is cold, and knowing that you put the correct amount back in.

You get more of the dirty oil out of the engine if you drain it when it's hot, plus more of the "dirt" will be suspended in the oil if the engine was run shortly before it's drained.
