Spotted: Was heading East on M14 last night between Ann Arbor and Plymouth at about 5:40 and passed a WRB BRZ and a Silver BRZ heading West. Anyone?

So here is a friendly note to all the other twin drivers. If you are on Woodward coming to Square Lake road trying to get on 75 and it is raining the road material right there on square lake is this cobblestone like material and with all traction aids off, it is like driving on black ice. I had been sliding around all day, everytime it is calm and cool and collected like this car always does. I turned onto square lake not even trying to slide at all and the car was completly gone, 360 degree rotation. No traction or control at all. I think it is a combination of the car's natural ability to slide and the low traction that this specific road surface provides.

Just wanted to let everyone know to baby that corner, for some reason it is a death trap

No go for me. I have my bachelor party starting in the early afternoon Saturday. Like I said I will messing around on Friday if anyone wants to pop in for a beer or two.

I want us to get something together where we meet every week or bi-weekly in a parking lot somewhere to just hang out for a little while. I see a lot of other car groups meeting very regularly. These occasional meet ups are great but if I can't make one then it is a long wait until the next one.

I am not super familiar with the area because I recently moved down but what is a good central lcoation for people to meet up at? If someone can lend their expertise on locations I will start to organize something.

Anyone have any experience with spoiler installation? Specifically with molding fiberglass with heat to make them fit better?

I'm having a hell of a time with my spoiler. I had it on the car, but it didn't fit very well so I had to pull it off today. I've got new tape and adhesive promotor and I'll find a hair dryer or heat gun or something.. But I've never done it before and I'm wondering if anyone else has? I could use the help.. i'd like to make sure I do it right and not have to keep screwing around with this damn spoiler.

Chances are you will not be able to bend it permanently with heat without wrecking the paint. Depending on the resin they used in their fiberglass the temp required to re-soften it would be higher than the paint could handle.

Does the spoiler attach with only tape?

Yes, tape only.

Other people (including the seller) state that they have been successful in heating it and molding it. It doesn't need much adjustment.. a very small additional curve will get it close enough to let the tape hold it down.
