43 coming, woo hoo! Tried to find parking area 5 Agua Vista but not on the park map. I assume there will be good signage.

maybe you got the wrong map?

from the park entrance, make a slight right then go straight until you reach picnic area 5 Agua Vista

I'll act as the lighning rod on this one.

The OPosting shows 'no alcohol'. However the park's website says that only beer/wine allowed. Is the 'no alcohol' request for this group meet and because of the cruise later, or just that it is not provided by organizers and we could byob?

Just asking, b/c it's the weekend, and a Pacifico really fits nicely in my hand when working the grille.

It's an extra cost that really wont benefit all.

And yes no drrinking and driving

I know what you mean about BBQ and beer going together well.

But because we have a group drive planned, I will go one step further...

No alcohol and no other controlled substances please. Please consider your own and everyone else's safety before joining the event. If you are taking any drugs or medicine, prescribed or otherwise, that might impair your alertness or abililty to drive, please do not join us on the drive! Just hang out at the park instead. I'm already paranoid enough that LE is somehow reading our every word and setting up an old-school blockade and dragnet somewhere along the route waiting for us. But hopefully not.

So let's all try to stay on the up-and-up for this one, OK? Thank you all in advance for helping this to be a safe and fun day.
