There is limited choices for oil cooler kit when you have a Front mounted intercooler as Greddy, Perrin, TRD if they make it to the public all run a front mounted oil cooler. The main option is the HKS but it was on back order for 2 months +++ so I went with my own.

Oil Cooler core is a 9 Row Setrab item
Aeroquip Black series AN-8 fittings
Speedflow 100 series AN-8 braided line
Mocal riser plate and Oil Sandwich Block
Narva Plastic spiral wrap to protect lines

I also have a Greddy Oil filter block and riser coming so I can fit my Greddy Oil pressure and Temperature sensors. (When it arrives I might sell the kit as a whole and replace the lines as the Greddy Block uses AN-10 fittings.

Total cost was about $700

I took out the fog light and I will need to slice the plastic wheel liner for heat removal but the cooler mounting position might change I have some alloy strapping that I will use but I may need to strengthen these at a later date.

I have decided Im going to the next stage which I need to have finished before the Modball Rally in November....This entails a built motor and a bigger turbo setup and with my measurements the Turbo placement limits the size of turbo you can run.

I am moving on with the AVO kit as its a great entry level kit and I thought that is what I wanted originally with this car but things kinda got out of control with the build and what the car is capable of so I am going to outgrow it.
