You weren't specific so I guessed since you said his previous statement was a fact and he said it was a "japanese shitbox".

Nothing vague about this: the guy was spot on about the Cobalt SS

You can disagree all you want, but that doesn't change the FACT that the Cobalt SS was and is a very capable car. I had an SRT-4 when they came out....I wasn't thrilled about it either.

The twins are very capable as well, actually more capable than the cobalt but if you want to help out a troll on the forum that's your choice. Yet another shit talker with a handful of posts, they seem to be coming out of the woodwork on a weekly basis. Right now the resident troll is Fatoni but I'm sure someone will try to one up him at some point.

I think that there are too many who think they are king 5h1t in the FR-S that create a bad name for our community. I get it, it is tough to resist when someone is apparently trying to pick a fight. But we don't need to return in kind.
If I am going fast, I am doing so for myself and have no interest in anyone else's actions. I am not racing anyone, I am either in a hurry or just being a hooligan because it is fun.

The FR-S is fun and I love it, but, you are right, it is not the be all and end all.

I know what my car was made for, love the FRS but dont act like a fan boy. There is still miatas times that I cant beat yet. And I am not a profecional race driver but I had training and schools on driving by the feds and Army not just normal driving extreme driving to protect generals and dignitaries while on normal vehicles.
You sir, have a great perspective. :happy0180:

Ummm...yeah...check my join date and post count.

I never said the twins weren't capable. But I can acknowledge the fact that other cars can be capable as well.

When I first got here I thought Fatoni was a troll too...I quickly realized he was one of the few voices of reason on a forum filled with dillusional lunatics...

Was taking a left hand turn from a stop light following a g37 coupe. Was in 2nd gear at about 4,000 rpms and he was about half a car-length in front of me. He started pulling and I immediately floored in and hit every shift perfectly. Pulled past him around 3-4th gear. Doesn't the g37 have something like 300 hp? Idk. I could be wrong.. But anyways, It was fun . I don't mind the occasional come race me encounters.. if it's a car i consider to be a worthy challenge i'll take up on it.

I know the twins aren't all that much in a straight line but it's pretty fun at the higher RPM's .

This is getting funnier by the minute. You're entitled to your opinion, even when you're wrong. Whatever helps you sleep at night.

Because I'm bored and have nothing better to do....how do you come to the conclusion that the twins are more capable than a Cobalt SS? I'm talking bone stock, apples to apples comparison. Please explain.

Heh, nah he sure did. Ended up pulling next to him at a stop light and then pulling into a gas station and chatting cars for a little. He was pretty shocked at the price tag on a BRZ/FRS XD
