Maybe I'll get bored and make a billet aluminum case that you can swap the guts into.

You could steal the key case from a 2014 Forester with keyless access; the would at least give you a real emblem:

Sorry for huuuuge pic.

You can enable the setting to unlock both doors when you grab the driver's side handle. It's in the manual. I did that because I carpool with my boss. I walk up, grab my door, and his is open by the time he throws his laptop bag in the trunk.

I would have to say i agree, now that i think about it i don't think i have ever used my fob, just keep in in my pocket, but still for those who want them there do seem to be a lot of options

For the limited: Open the driver door with the car off, hold down the lock and panic buttons on the key fob for approx 5 seconds.
When you let go the car should beep. Now both doors will unlock when you touch the door handle.

I reprogrammed it so that touching the door handle unlocks both doors so much easier! Keys hardly ever come out of pocket.

I went the route of getting the STI case and sticking an emblem from another case on it. It may not have a spot for the panic button, but you can see an indentation from it once you've had it in your pocket a few times.

I have that one on my other key fob; it doesn't look that good if you have it anywhere near any real carbon fiber. I ended up popping the emblem off it and putting it with the STI case...

Did you have to pay $200 for that?? I called my dealer and they said you can just buy the emblem itself and that's about $9... From the 2014 Forester.

Just not sure if it will fit and if it is what I'm looking for.
