I see 3 lights in that strip so my guess would be the LEDs. The Toyota/Scion has them at an angle inside the headlight.

Extra foglamps? NISMO offers something similar.

Nismo Hyper DRL Lights Nissan R35 GTR 09+
These LED fog lamps (running lamps) are offered by Nissan Japan as an optional upgrade. They are designed to integrate with the OEM front bumper and provide additional visibility.

Those are the turn signals, i suppose the indicators are when you turn/flip the signal switch it comes on like the BMW/Mercedes and the newer high end car have. Iono Im just taking a wild fucking guess.

Looks like it is an LED strip I guess similar to ones on Audi's...if you don't get fogs they're still on the car pretty sweet
