me and wire splicing is not a good thing ...
if eclipse still made head units I would buy one because they are plug and play with toyotas
but unfortunately fujitsu now sticks to making oem headunits..
plus oem looks cleaner usually (in my eyes)

Ummm.... aftermarket wiring harness = you don't have to mess with your vehicle's wiring and you can sit at your kitchen table with some butt connectors and wire strippers/crimpers to attach the harness to the aftermarket unit.

@2forme has a pretty clean setup running an Android OS. It sounds great, too.

@2forme does seem to have a clean setup @bcj I have bespoke and from what I've seen in the past as far as aftermarket navigation units look like , oem is usually cleaner looking

If you're looking at my build thread, my head unit is different. I am now running the capacitive ca-fi knockoff.
