NJ Pro! Congratulations to ...

Andrew Pallotta and Shelly Monfort, who racked up what I think may be the first national ST* wins for the twins -- Andrew just edged Jeff Hurst's RX-8 to grab STX, and took home the prize in a 14-deep L2 class. Terrific work!

Thanks. It was a hard-fought battle for sure. I will have more details in my build thread later.

It's also worth mentioning here that the Sportsmanship of the Year award (if such a thing exists) should be going to Eric Simmons, another twin owner who has a build thread on here. He had the fastest time in the class on the left side on Saturday afternoon, but he found out from his video that it wasn't actually as fast as the timer stated and voluntarily told timing to throw it out. The time was definitely possible and no one was questioning it, but Simmons had it removed anyway. Not a lot of people would be willing to do that, so massive props to him for being a stand-up dude.

Thanks, I wouldn't feel right having I time that I didn't run.

You really drove your ass off, considering that you don't have any bolt ons and your car was 70lbs heavier then mine (of course i am probably 70lbs heavier then you ) Hopefully by Toledo Pro I will have my car working better and can battle again. :happy0180:

All the STX twins were superbly driven this weekend. Wish I could have been #3, just didn't have it in me.
