Not sure if that pulley size exists yet, but stock block should be fine. Probably not on 93 unfortunately. Full blown is running 24 psi at 604 whp on e85 through the stock block.

I think I had both, didn't tighten it enough and the rubber gasket broke.

Those Perrin Vortech tunes really seem to fall off just after 6k rpm. Based on some previous comments about detonation, I wonder if they're struggling a bit with it?

I bought mine for $4165 - $150 mail in rebate and that comes with a 3Bar Map Sensor and Tune from Visconti

Yep - for anyone who already has an ECUTek cable/license and isn't interested in going E85 yet, Visconti's $4165 package (-$150 if you're already a customer of his) is the entry point.

For those interested in going Turbo, AVO's stage 1 kit with a few options like BOV, gauge, intake filter, etc, will be priced slightly north of this neighborhood but not too far.

I think anyone looking for a modest power increase without breaking the bank too badly and hoping to retain the car's driving characteristics would be happy with either of these two packages.

the fuel smell is most likely from you not getting the lid tight enough, (if vibration is loosening your lid, you definately didn't get it tight enough) if you are not using the SST tool to tighten the lid, you need to go out and buy the largest set of pliers you can buy and have an extra set of hands to tighten it, one guy can hold the pliers in place (as the jaws will most likely not be able to be held with one hand and get enough stength to tighten with the other... but one can hold the pliers by the handles and the other can grab the jaws and spin the lid tight. Make sure the arrow on the cap is lined up with the arrow on the tank

I can't believe I never thought of putting the gasket in the tank first that should make it much easier to install. I use a screwdriver and a hammer to tighten the lid.
