Yeah, it should be interesting today. After that though I think we should be in the clear.

I've been having a hard time going easy on the winters for the last few weeks, so I figured I should just swap them before I get to the spot where I can't even use the winters later this year. So far (in the rain, coming back from the garage) the summers seem stickier than the winters.

Saw a red FRS on HWY 7 getting off on Fischer Hallman yesterday around 6:30. Anyone here? Looked good, I still haven't pulled mine out of storage yet.

Hey Guys,

Does anyone know where to get gold brake caliper paint from? I've checked locally at Part Source and Canadian Tire but they only carry Red. Silver. Black and yellow. The closest I've come is bronze.

I'm hoping to match the colour of the photo here...

Any idea?

hey dudes, we should meet up in a few weeks and take a trip down to the forks of the credit, its somewhat near Halton Hills/Georgetown, Ontario. I drove it last weekend in the nice weather and its probably the most incredible place i've ever been. At one point there are actually back to back hairpin turns. Its as if whoever paved this road used to do work on Formula 1 tracks haha. either way, give me a shout if you're interested. its a beautiful drive and a great place to test the handling of the car, along with your driving skills..

Its crazy patrolled by the OPP in the summer, speed limit is 40-50km/h, you wont be able to do 10 over without them pulling you over if you're targetted.

Also, lots of fast motorcycles doing unsafe passes and newbies headed there for a 2km thrill of a lifetime.

I used to ride there on my bike...but not anymore...

I put my passenger window all the way down this morning. It went down smooth as butter, since I guess there was a layer of water between the glass and the ice.

I thought of doing that this morning for kicks...but thought about how it would suck if the ice broke inwards into the car

I was able to put it up and down a few times without it breaking. Took me opening and closing the door to break it off, at which point it all fell away (the window was closed when I did that, of course).

Just ordered the new OEM spoiler and gold brake caliper paint. may be a few weeks before I receive them but I hope to have everything installed before the first meet.

Summer shoes are back on. How I have missed them. Never thought I would get sentimental about summer tires and alloys, but, damn they look so much better than steelies. They may be stock, but, still far better than the other. I was surprised at how many places were booked up for swappage, until I happened upon Jiffy Lube in Cambridge. No appointment required and took about 10 mins. Ok, yes I have paid less, but, not a lot less. They were fast and open until 7 pm. Picked up some tire bags too (although nowhere near the price that BreezinBy got them for). Can't wait until the kids get into booster seats, then I can bring all four tires myself instead of having to use the van to transport the tires. I nearly gave myself a hernia putting in the car seats in the back seat the last time so removing them is not an option until the kids are big enough for booster seats.

Lots of spotting recently. Saw ultramarine on Hwy6 @ University heading North, several days ago. Saw black one on University Ave close to Conestoga campus. And this morning must have been an asphalt heading South on Hwy 6 between University & King exits.
