Just got back from my trip ya'll. Definitely a nice drive using the route I took. Unfortunately, I left about 2 hours later than I had planned (due to sleeping through my alarm) so it took a bit longer to get there since I was slowed down by cars that should not even bother driving 1 South. Keep in mind that whatever you do, leave at like 6 AM or earlier, not 830 AM like I did.
