Maybe next year, 2014 we cam entertain the idea of having the expo in Denver or St Louis... That's closer to the middle... I'm up in WA and o would still make that trip

Sorry for late update. LVMS giving us ridiculous price for small area, so we're currently working w SCCA for different area to autox... BUT I'm almost done w Saturday's schedule, so I'll post that this weekend.

I think the SCCA would be the best bet. They will have the equipment and if you allow some of them to bring their cars in exchange for helping they would probably go for it.

Yeah... We're currently waiting for them to reply. They can't really answer til they have their monthly meet (25th). When we get reply from them, I'll update & schedule for Friday here ASAP.

Sorry for the late update. Busy w work & other stuff got in my way.

Anyways, here's Saturday (June 15th) schedule:

June 15th

Vendor & Member registration: 8:00AM ~ 12:45PM
Open: 9AM
Car Show: 10:00AM ~ 11:30AM
Drivers Meeting & Raffle 1: 11:30AM ~12:30PM
Photo Shooting 1: 12:30PM ~ 1:00PM
Cruise: 1:00PM ~ 4:30PM
Raffles 2: 4:30PM ~ 5:30PM
Awards: 5:30PM ~ 6:00PM
Photo Shooting 2: 6:00PM ~ 6:15PM
Break-up: 6:15PM

Night Meet 2: 8:00PM ~ 12:00AM

As for Friday's schedule, I cannot announce it til we have lock down the detail stuff w SCCA. When I do, I'll post the schedule ASAP!

I urge members that are flying in to pm me.. I have no issues running to pick people up and drop them off.. I'm less then 5 from the airport less then 10 from the strip.. Of course remember I'm in a FRS so there isn't a ton of room for any diva's and 10 full suitcases lol

Hey guys, If you have your flight time of arrival please let us know so that we can arrange for transportation, right now we have Gixxer and he volunteers 1 FRS to Drive people, I we can get more volunteers to take members from The airport to MGM please let us know otherwise, I will try to arrive in an early flight about 10am and I will rent a car and drive everyone to MGM. I wanted to make sure of the numbers first before making the decision to rent. Thank You.

Update: So I might be staying over there on the night of the 12th at maybe some cheap hotel just to sleep, and then I'll be there ready to pick up everyone starting from the morning of the 13th, I'll have the rental car or if we're able to acquire a car from the dealership. Believe it or not For me to stay over one night earlier cost me 100$ less then arriving on the 13th so Everyone Please check your Flights because Prices have changed. If anyone wants to arrive earlier on the night of the 12th please let me know, I will be there and I'll have a room and a car by 10pm that night.Please let me know your scheduling so that I may plan the 13th with @ichitaka05 so we can have events together like sight seeing and food. Thank you
