After days of filling and sanding to achieve the final shape, we primered all four plugs yesterday! Now on to building our production molds!

Updated the original post with more progress pictures.

These look really nice! Definitely going to keep an eye on this thread, I'm interested in a single 8"... driver or passenger side is probably not too critical.

Yes, all four enclosures have been designed to allow the use of an aftermarket strut bar.

We will be offering the option to have the enclosures painted to match factory colors as well as other custom finishes.

We are Excited to Announce that all four of our 2013 Scion FRS / Subaru BRZ / Toyota GT 86 Integrity Enclosure prototypes are done and we will now be starting the production molds for these new enclosure models!

We will begin by building the 10” Passenger side enclosure production mold first, based on popular demand from over 100 votes in the poll
.
Updates on the build of the production mold will be posted on this thread

For a limited time, while the production mold is being built,
we are offering a pre order sale on this 10” Passenger side enclosure!

** The Pre Order Sale for the 10" Passenger Side Enclosure is Now Closed **

The above picture is of our 10" Passenger side prototype enclosure in primer.
The actual product will be the exact same size and shape as pictured,
but will come finished in carpet to match the OEM trunk liner
unless another custom finish is specified.

Once the production mold is finished,
the pre order sale will end and this model will be listed at a higher introductory sale price,
shortly followed by MSRP.

For complete info on the enclosure specifications, pricing, and pre order information,
please follow the below link to our pre order sales ad in the Commercial Classifieds section.

For those waiting on the other enclosure models:
Approximately every other week following,
we will begin another enclosure production mold based on the next popular model in the line up,
and offer a pre order sale for that model.

We posted some color matching finish options to help custom integrate the enclosure with the vehicle. Details and pricing in our last post on our pre order sale thread.

Carpet is included with all the enclosures, but vinyl, suede, even OEM color matching paint is now outlined!

Check it out here

Now the updates get really interesting as we give you a peek into the molding process. We sprayed tooling gelcoat this morning and are onto the fiberglass build up of the first half of the mold.

Updated the original post with more progress pictures. (many steps have been omitted but you get the idea)

Another update, with more pics of the molding process, was added to the original post. About another week to go on this mold, then we will begin one for the 8" enclosure.

An 8W7 requires quite a bit more depth and airspace than your average 8" woofer, therefore it will not fit in our 8" enclosure design. We could possibly modify our 10" enclosure mounting ring to accommodate it, and our 10" enclosure would only be shy approx .125 cu ft of the 8W7 woofer's suggested .875 cu ft. However, If the 8W7 woofers are not already owned, we would suggest getting 10W6 woofers or similar (for big sound) over having us modify the 10" enclosures to fit the 8W7.

Our 8" enclosures have a depth of about 5.25" for a wide magnet woofer, but because the area is tapered it can accommodate deeper woofers as the magnet size decreases. Our 8" enclosures will fit many larger 8" subs on the market including the popular JL 8W3, Alpine 8" Type R, Infinity 860W, and more.
