This guy needs an award..

And my sentiments Is about the same its a steering wheel. I never really care how it looks if It feel nice it steers doesn't get In the way has an airbag then good. Somethings just seem to trivial and a waste of time to even begin the thought process.

Agreed. Perforated leather, red stitching, and clean circular styling. No B.S. I don't want a steering wheel with some huge faux elitist badge and swoopy vagina-inspired styling to make myself feel better.

It is simple and I like it that way. I'm glad they didn't go for the Formula 1 style steering wheel with all the buttons. I don't want to drive a cell phone. I want to feel like I'm in control and not controlling me with all the stupid buttons.

I've never driven a car with a flat bottom wheel, but based off looks I think the GTI steering wheel looks great

Agreed. Every car I've driven has had round steering wheels and I am particularly fond of the 3-spoke wheel.

well the Gti isn't totally flat across the bottom like the Scion, That's not so bad I drove the New Gti around before it's alright. I guess most of the time you don't even notice it.

Lol Hey be nice that's their Heritage, there's always been a Plad seat in every GTI , I don't get the germans either but they like that. Bet they think the 86 emblems are stupid and that it needs Plad seats too LOL Im just playing around ofcourse.
