So I just went to a car show today and saw a Mazda 6 with a Soul Red paint job and thought of how awesome it would look on the BRZ! Unfortunately, these vids don't do it any justice but for any of you who have actually seen the color in person, I think it would really make all the curves of the BRZ really pop!

Does anyone know if it's possible to repaint the BRZ with Mazda colors? Thanks!

Well that's a silly question. You can re-paint the BRZ whatever color you want. Just get the color code and talk to any paint shop.

You may be able to get the color code for it, but it wouldn't be an accurate reproduction of it. I've seen the car in person, and the finish is absolutely amazing. From what I've read and heard about it, to get it on the 6, they use a proprietary process on their paint coating to get the metallic flaking positioned parallel to one another

Well if you're talking about their specific paint method, it's probably more trouble than it's worth, that stuff is done by robots at the factory. But you can probably get close if you go to a certified mazda repair shop.

In the end - worth it? Probably not. Yea the paint looks amazing but in the end most people will just see it as "red". You can do it for personal satisfaction and if you have a lot of money to burn, I suppose.
