Wow! Lol, woke up to a decent amount of negative comments about the FR-S. Honestly, I think the car came out great. I'm not the type to care about push to start and other minor items that are missing from the interior, so as long as the performance aspects of the 86 still remain (as well as the great body and the comfortable looking interior), I'm happy. If this car goes for $20,000-$22,000, I will do my best to own one. Tons of potential, and not to mention reliability and fun from a great car company.

I've read that Subaru is going to break away their WRX/STi from normal Impreza line on the next model. (which is why they have the new Impreza out now but not WRX). I assume they will slot the BRZ below the next WRX. Can't sell a slower car for same money. WRX isn't heavy by any mean for 5 door AWD so I'm sure they will have to sell it less than WRX.

Yea they're excellent products, both performance and quality wise. I'd get the spectrum elite if they're still making that line. Loud when you want it, refined when you don't. Just perfect imo

So for months, everyone on this forum begged and pleaded with Scion to make this car as affordable as possible, and now everyone is pissing and moaning about the fact that it's been decontented?

1. Fenders are already rolled, top part of the wheel fenders are already rolled, so you can put wider wheels/tires without problem. Dropping the height? No problem, it won't rub (as long as you don't drop it to crazy).

3. SCION will be showing more aftermarket stuff @ Detroit Auto Show in Jan... Which, I'm interred to see what they're going to bring out.
Thank you so much for the detailed information you have been providing!

This car will look outstanding with 18's and a very mild drop.

I think true enthusiasts are tired of this 'Stance' bullshit and should make a pact to not do this to their FR-S... If I see you have done this and you live in the Twin Cities, your tires will have their valve stems cut. 18's and mild drop for now, goofy-ass fitment later (when I'm dead). I'm done ranting about that.

I might have to make the trip out to Detroit this year to see the gamut of parts they will have available.

This car is perfect for me. I hope the price reflects the car... All the money I save will go to performance mods.

It's only $2000 for an air-bag suspension... why people think this looks anything but retarded is beyond me.

This. Real cars need suspension travel and a little give in the sidewall so they can run over a snail's tooth without sailing off into a tree.

I'm prolly gonna run 18x9.5+34 in the rear with a 255 tire. Looks like that will fit flush based off the greddy specs above.

18x8.5+40 will fit fine up front with out any issues

Beautiful Miata man. I love the BRG model, do you have the tan leather interior with the speakers in the headrests?
