Post some pictures to show us what you're talking about.

As long as the next production run will not be complete, the units left on the market from their first production run have 75% of chance to be defect...

Yes please post pictures. Im exchanging mine, but was assured they would inspect my header in advanced before shipping. Chris seems like a good guy, and borla is a awesome company normally, forgive me for coming to there defense, i just feel that pictures should be required.

Tried bolting up th header that I fixed the flanges on.... The header to overpipe connection isn't aligned. Bottom of flange contacts with overpipe flange, and a good 1/4 to 3/8 inch gap on the top.

Same machine still cranking out the crappy headers.... Time to get a refund and get a Revworks UEL. At least you know they aren't blind idiots that ship out a product that's defective.

Matt,

Please stop your bashing about borla products and buy your lovely god whatever nameless , works or PandL headers you are in erection with and give us a break with your repeated song.

Borla will fix the issue and their final product will not be that much different than other company especially for the low price they ask for it.

Mine came with dented flex section, lifetime warranty means that long term reliability shouldn't be an issue as long as you are not replacing it every 50k miles

At least some companies work out the bugs before selling defaulted goods.... just saying. That's what prototypes are for.

On another note good for Borla stepping up and fixing the issues. Sounds like they went in trying to make money and are now - revenue.

*edit* Btw Borla headers on other subaru's always had weak welds and liked to leak. Just a warning. Borla = a header for the cheap. You get what you pay for. As for RevWorks header that is 100% american made craftsmanship. No need to dog on them or Nameless. They put in the hand hours and make sure their product is perfect and warranty any needed iteams like anyone else.... We are simply laughing at the company who has failed... That being said i'll stop making fun of Borla when I stop seeing these posts about their bad product. A bad review is a bad review.
