Loving your build thread.
![]() You car looks stunning. I like the Aero kit, unfortunately South Africa doesn't offer it. The only place I can order it is from Carson Toyota in the USA, but that will cost an arm & a leg with shipping included. I'm hoping more places will offer it in the near future. I was considering the Eibach pro kit as well and you have convinced me its the right way to go. Keep the updates coming. loving your build

As for the Eibach pro-kit, in my opinion you cant do anything wrong going with this kit. I had the Eibach pro-kit on my 350z and it was quiet a difference in ride quality (in a bad way). But the GT86 is a total different story, it just feels like it should have been build with the eibach springs in the first place

Before you dropped with the Eibach Pros, did you have any rubbing issues on the stock suspension and 18x8.75 + 245/35 tires? I thinking of getting the XXR 527s and running on the stock suspension for awhile.. but I see almost everyone running 225 tires... wondering if 245 rubs or something? I don't want any stretch on my tires for my setup |

Acutally I did, however I could not justify the costs of it, together with the enhanced maintenance of a coilover kit. For my needs (mainly for optical reasons) eibach was a very good solution, as I think the handling of the stock suspension with stickier/bigger tires is already perfect for me. The Eibachs just completed that with the looks I prefere. Also, I would not have dropped the car on KW v3 more than 1" aswell to keep daily driving usability, so it also would not made that much sence to go for a coilover

And about the thanks, no worries, you must have a certain amount of posts before you can thank posts. If I remember right its 15 Posts, and then you'll find a Thanks button in the bottom right corner of every post
