I am looking at the accessories of the 2012 tC...not too impressive. The list is short unless it's bigger when you go to the dealership. Dude calm down! Why you getting hostile? I thought we were all friends here? Did I hit a nerve? I am criticizing a car and company not you... |

Ext. look of the FR-S is damn great. The darker brake light change everything. No fog light? I don't give a $hit. Thumbs up for the 86 logo that still there.
I'm not sure about the radio... I'm more than happy to have MANUAL climate controle, don't want to pay for auto shit that I don't use. It's sad for the SCION logo on the steering wheel, hope it can be removed. A right-size Toyota logo would be great on there. Really don't want Scion logo on mine.

It's like all these people forgot this car comes with an options list...
Everyone knows you have to pay for the good stuff. The only thing I can complain about is the ugly assed radio, but that isn't anything a trip to the electronics store can't fix. |

Its the whining and complaing for more they dont want to pay for Im willing to bet 60 percent of the complainers cant even fork out the estimated 22k of the Current FRS So why bother complaining.. its getting positive reception on all mainstream blogs too. It will sell.. Now to those that couldafford it and want that more get your brz and mod away i you want it to look like an 86, even if the brz looks good the way it is.

Not bad. I'm sure some JDM badging to remove the "Scion" from it would be pretty cheap and easy. Hopefully, there will be a decent aftermarket community right away. I could see a really small turbo kit (given the super high compression) giving this car just what it needs in power.
I personally like the asphalt color. It's definitely something to think about when it comes out. No waiting list for me though. |

My 2.5c
- Radio looks as from Chrylser - delete it - who listens to crappy radio anyways? - Liking simple HAVC controls - GT86 HU was 90's revisited IMO w/red digi displays. - Dual climate controls? - Give me a break - 2 peps barely fit side by side in the car. - As always, gauges? Where tahell are the gauges? Ans: IDIOT's lites & Y/N dials! - No stupid PBS - loving the analog - stick the key in the hole start idea - how retro! - Nice! - No ugly fender inserts. Who came up w/dumb idea on new cars anyway? - Nice fender emblem and a vent? - simple, elegant, best of the 3. - No ugly Subaru/Mazda style front bar - yea! Lic plate ruin the look. - Easy to mod to brake ducts lower fascia. - Best taillights! Just add LED bulbs everywhere for those edisons. - Mono textured dash hides the 'cheapie and obvious' air bag panels of others. - Give me steelies - as w/others, guess they got a special deal on ug wheels! - Backseat screams 'dirt cheap' - but really it's only a flat floor shelf anyway. - Emerg brake on my side - in the way - should be on pass side - dumb. - Make mine $19,999 and I'm good. |

The FR-s proved to me that it's ready to be an afforable car, The Panasonic unit can be replaced by other Scion units including the Alpine or the NAV I've seen on the 2012 Yaris but to be honnest I'll tear out anything standard for an Alpine KTP . The HVAC I don't give a damn about either, 3 knobs is a Toyota standard and will mean that maintenance won't be a hassle. Seriously tho, we're clearly getting an affordable car, so who cares about the bling |

If that really is a greddy exhaust on there, then there should be aftermarket parts available for this right away!
