Le sigh... I'd do some sinful things to get my hands on an unmolested e30 for a decent price.

I read an article about how molested cars are more fun to buy and cheaper because a lot of mods are easy to remove. People always argue about getting a car that is unmolested in difficult but in some cases, it can make things more interesting. Also i'm sure 99% of the people looking to buy unmolested cars end up "molesting" the cars themselves...

I mean, I love the Lancia Delta. Lots of other people seem to think it's just a shoebox looking hatch. I think it's pretty BAMF looking. Along with the Lancia 037 and HF Stratos.

I just personally don't like dealing with other peoples mods (I tend to buy stock, unless I know the car was in really good hands) because there are a lot of owners that do boneheaded things to their car. When I got my SVT the dim bulb of a previous owner ziptied the O2 sensor wire to the passenger CV because he got the wrong O2 and the wire was too long .And yeah I'd probably end up doing some serious track molestation if I ever get my hands on one ![]() .

I need some advice. On the way to work this morning something was kicked up and put a nice set of chips in my passenger window. Yes, passenger, not front. I don't know what caused it since there was no one in front of me and I don't recall seeing anyone on the side of the road doing yard work. It seems as if it was ricocheted off the inside of the mirror, since there are two scuff marks there. Not big or deep in the plastic, but noticeable from inside the car. It hit the glass and left 3 very small chips in the glass. Normally, I wouldn't mind, but since the glass is tinted, it sticks out like a sore thumb because of it. Here's a pic of what I mean:
![]() They aren't deep at all and no fracture cracks lead off them. Just a small layer removed. When I was looking for the source of the sound (yes it made that typical gun shot sound when it happened) I glanced over it multiple times thinking it was a dirt stain or something. Is this something that can be filled in? I know it won't ever be perfect, but at least make it less noticeable.
