A new front facia will probably cost $1000-$1200 painted and installed... seems like a bargain.

That's not how Scion works. Sorry that you're disappointment, but that's what their business model is and it isn't changing.

^^Sig worthy!

Well atleast we all can differentiate the tuners from the ricers in this forum. People complaining about the back seat?! Tires and toolboxes will sit back there! Heated cup holders and DRL's??

Which is my point. In America if you want the 86 high spec you are screwed unless you spend an outrageous amount to JDMize your FRS.

Scion will sell you an option for super huge big gulp cup holders.

But really let's wait for options from scion before more ranting.

So what are these rumors of the BRZ having a different suspension setup than the FRS?

They are whining about NOTHING cause they don't even f'ing know what options there will be. And being a Scion owner, there is enough options for a tC to make it damn near $30k.

Exhibit A:

Bottom line is the high spec should have been an option. Scion dropped the ball.

And what insider source told him it would NOT be an option? Nobody that's who. So to be extreme and say they "dropped the ball" is getting annoying.

Ok seriously, I think that's a million dollar idea and I want to put my down payment on 5 (just in case they get worn out)

Wait and see if the parts you want are offered as options or you could just buy a BRZ.
