No, but I think I'm probably the closest. I'm 78 but I refuse to grow up. Before my FR-S I had a Miata and before that I had a 911 Cabriolet. You're only as old as you feel

I'm in my 30's with a wife and twin 3 year old sons.

I had kind of the opposite feeling when I got in this car. It puts a smile on my face and makes me feel younger! I love this car.

The only thing you're too old for is to be asking these questions. Let the kids on here ask if they think they're ready. You ought to know. Have your fun if you want.

You don't see many in Cab form. Not my style but very nice regardless.

I'm 51 and my red BRZL is practically the best car I've ever bought. Mostly because, since I'm wiser now, value for money ranks high in my books as I have had much more expensive cars.

BTW, I got some much crap from my wife as well as my shapely neighbor, it's not even funny any more. You know, midlife crisis, chick magnet, identity crisis, ticket magnet, what are you doing?, can I get a ride lover boy ... e.g.

To egg them on, I even plasti-dipped my wheels this past weekend.

It's the same thing with the old guy in the Lambo, 80% of Lambo owners are 50+ but it will always look a bit odd.

For some reason society associates fast car with young people, mostly cause reckless driving and all that stuff.
Kids think old people look awkward at everything. It all balances out because they have no interest in what kids think.

Funny thing is, I am not trying to impress anyone with the cars i chose to drive. I am looking to find a machine that I thoroughly enjoy driving. I am 59 and raised 4 kids. I had sports cars before I had kids and now that they are all on their own I am driving sports cars again. I got rid of a 350Z to get my MR-S and then got hooked on the FR-S and followed its development. I had every intention of getting one but decided that it would cost me a fortune on top of the price of the car to get it to where my MR-S is now. Despite the fact that I still love and admire the car I decided to pass.

The twins will appeal to car enthusiast both young and old. I usually see really young guys driving them or guys that have, like me, raised their familieas and now have the time and money to start enjoying the wonders of a great sports car again. Age be damned!

By the way, don't blink. You will be my age before you realize it.

I'm 32, I've been part of the car scene since the original 86 was popular. I've looked at cars and admired them -- too hard to get my hands on an actual 86 since too many people mod the crap out of them.

I see myself as an avid follower of this car and anyone who likes it -- no matter what the age -- should not worry about it. Just enjoy the car, if you bought it with your own money, drive it proud!

30, female, getting hitched this November. First thing my mom said was, "Where your kids gonna fit?" - who cares, my husband will be driving an Outback, so I'll throw em in there when we have em. And kids fit in the car--car seats prolly aren't fun, but the car sure as hell is. I love it. I never thought I could ever love driving as much as I do now. Or--meet some of the really nice people I've met at the various meets and events. Our community of enthusiasts really is incredible.

...if it makes you happy, it's worth it, so enjoy it.
