Pretty sure the bespoke head unit only works with Apple products. If thats the head unit you have that could be your problem.

Side question for you: Can you control the radio volume when you are using pandora? I use that iHeartRadio app, and I can only control the volume through the phone when its connected through bluetooth. Using Droid X.

Yes the volume works on the headunit. There has been a glitch about five times where it did not work. I had to restart the car andnphone and it worked again.

I have the same problem with the Droid X. You can change it for a few seconds when you first switch the radio to BT, but then it locks in and you have to control it from the X. If you are quick enough you can get it set the way you want it. I put the phone at about half volume, then did the quick swap and adjusted it so it was where I wanted it while driving. It's a little loud at idle but is a good compromise.

By the way, I'm told its a phone problem, not the radio. If you root an X, it doesn't do this.

I also have a Galaxy 3 and it works with the base radio. Bluetooth sound quality for phone calls is surprisingly good. It has a few quirks that I need to work through yet such as displaying my Google Play directory paused when I am listening to Pandora, but I suspect that is just a matter of me figuring out the controls.

my iphone 5 works totally fine with the radio/bluetooth..if you can't sync them, just bring back to the dealership ask them to sync for you. I am sure they don't charge any fees just sync the devices to the car they sold you.

it's not too difficult to sync. I have an HTC Evo3d and the base radio syncs fine for me.

And, frankly, I barely trust them to change the oil in my car, like I would really trust them with my wireless devices.

My S3 works great using Bluetooth! In fact GoneMAAD player is now streaming ID3 tags to the BeSpoke HU. It just happened after the last update to GoneMAD.

Here is a list of Bluetooth protocols that are used when I connect my Samsung Galaxy SIII and my Asus Transformer pad to the BeSpoke HU.

Samsung Galaxy S3 i535 Bluetooth 4.04.0 Protocol list:
Profiles: Advanced Audio Distribution (A2DP), Attribute Protocol, Audio/Video Control Transport Protocol (AVCTP), Audio/Video Distribution Transport Protocol (AVDTP), Audio/Visual Remote Control Profile (AVRCP), Bluetooth Network Encapsulation Protocol (BNEP), Generic Access (GAP), Generic Audio/Video Distribution (GAVDP), Handsfree (HFP), Headset (HSP), Human Interface Device (HID), Message Access Profile (MAP), Object Push (OPP), Personal Area Networking Profile (PAN), Phone Book Access (PBAP), Security Manager Protocol, Serial Port (SPP), Service Discovery Protocol (SDP)

Asus Transformer Pad Tf300 Bluetooth Protocol:
Bluetooth V3.0+EDR

The Transformer will not stream ID3 tag to HU but Samsung G3 will. Must be the difference in the V3 to V4 Bluetooth protocols.
