More to it than that.. I just sold my BMW M with no regrets... In my experiences... German cars are fun to drive, but not fun to own..
Overly complex , expensive... And most of all... Weight.. There is just no substitution for less weight.. That nimbleness that you get without excessive mass.. I'm not saying that the M is bad... It's a great machine... But I would rather toss around a lighter car that is easier to maintain, modify And costs less.. You have more fun in a car that's fairly inexpensive to own and maintain... Especially if something breaks... |

Yep, I've got a major regret...
That my 60 year old back is knackered, and it's a major mission to clean inside the back window. I think I need to invest in a cute blonde 18 year old to do that for me.

I don't regret my choice to get an FR-S. I doubt I'll ever own a better driving car.
I do regret that I didn't pick a different one. I think mine might have more interior rattles than any other FR-S on the forums. It is a little tough to live with some days. |

My momma told me... you better shop around!
Guess I did the homework, no regrets on this purchase. My only regretful purchase has been the condom slingshot.

I should have gotten the Koenigsegg. I saw so stupid to worry about high maintenance costs. Guess I'm stuck with the FR-S.

The only regret I have is that I have been struck down by the mod bug.

I disagree, the 2 cars I bought before the BRZ were German and I loved them, I still have my TT after almost 11 years of happy ownership.

I have only owned a e30 but I loved it. I would own a newer 3 series in a heartbeat.
I like it but I wish it was a targa top and about 50-75 more hp while in the warranty. After seeing 2013 mustang 5.0's dip into the 32k field with 10 miles I really wish I would have got one of those or a used 3 series bmw. I will drive it a year or two then probably switch it out for a 5.0 or bmw 3 series. |

My regret is probably getting the AT over the MT. The AT is still a great drive though. Oh well. Aha.
