You mean rockauto.com? I use them for just about everything. Search "rockauto coupon code" on google and you can always find a 5% off coupon code. Just ordered $300 worth of parts for my BMW which probably woulda cost twice as much if I went to Ghettozone, and 3x as much if I ordered from the dealer.

Yeah clear film gets expensive. I took my BRZ to Rick @ Unique Car Care a few days after I picked it up and had an XPEL Ultimate clear film put on (full front bumper, full hood, partial fenders, side mirrors), window tint, and opti-coat. The clear film alone was $1000. Not allowed to talk about how much I paid total, but let's just say Rick gave me an unbeatable deal that likely won't be offered to anyone else. His team did incredible work too.

Dude, take it to @Rickrack. I think he's cheaper and does an amazing job. I have the XPEL on my car. It's awesome.

That price is for Xpel on full hood, fenders, and bumper with rolled edges plus window tints plus 3M carbon fiber wrap on mirrors and fender inserts.

Maybe I could save money taking it to Rick but his availability seems tough. The place near me is doing it on Thursday of this week and it's a 30 minute drive.

Get it aligned yet? What kind of camber can I expect? You were running these at autocross? Do you know the toyota part number? I am gonna stop by the toyota dealership on my way home for some touch up paint. Nearest subaru one is 30 mins out of my way.

Pulled this off of one of the threads here. Subaru part # 901000394 or Toyota/Scion part # SU003-02818

My dealer was supposed to call me this week when they "got the alignment". To be honest like the post above the car has been out for a year and I'm pretty sure the shop should be able to download the alignment since its a "toyota' dealership. haha. I'm going to try for next monday at another toyota dealer. I would mention its covered under 20k warranty for free. Just tell them you went over a bunch of holes and are worried about your toe wearing out tires.

Yeah. I should just take it to where I bought it and talk to one of the techs and be like hey I know this is a warranty alignment but can you make sure it has max negative camber and the factory spec toe. I hear some techs can be really good about that kind of stuff.

Alternatively I was thinking about going to Kaizen and seeing what they would charge for it as well as get a price on a Perrin catback and some star specs.

Yea I hate the dealer to be honest. Kaizen will most likely give you a great alignment with no hassle.

When I talked to the dealer rep on the phone they were fine with giving me negative camber up front but then when I get there they give me issues.

You can also take it to an independent place to have it done. You'll need to call around a bit to find one that'll do a 'performance alignment' instead of one that's just just reasonably close. I ended up going to Direct Tire in watertown last year when I was looking to get the camber bolts installed, and they were very helpful with the alignment.

I ordered some crash bolts yesterday. I think I am just going to install them my self and then bring it to Kaizen for a "performance alignment" which will just be give me as much camber as possible and leave everthing else alone/ make sure its in spec.

The install was pretty simple. What is Kaizen charging for an alignment?
