Good to hear so far. BTW, I decide to wait for the gasket, I can install them in the morning before I go to work. LOL

Quick question. What is the function form for???

In their part designs, they prioritize Function OVER Form, that is why you see a line between the words, to emphasize function OVER...

I checked my mailbox yesterday and saw a small package from Nameless. Guess what? A gasket. Whoowhoo. I think they sent it after the first call complaining about the missing gasket for 3" exhaust.

Got mine installed this morning. W40 will be really helpful and I only need to get under the car one time to take one pushing out. The other three and 2 bolts I could do it w/o getting under the car. I didn't even get underneath when installing. 40' and the sound was great.

Clips come soon

I took a rubber mallet to the Polyurethane hangers to get it on. Those things are tough as hell, but WD-40 is a lifesaver.

A new gasket should be supplied with the 2.5" axle back too. When I unbolted mine the gasket tore because it was stuck to both faces. A muffler shop will carry the right gasket.
I wouldn't use anything like WD40 on the hangers, it could damage them. Silicone spray is inert and shouldn't harm either material.

Just a heads up, ive heard that using wd40 on the rubber hangers isnt recommended. They say it can eat through the hangers. I used dishsoap mixed with water in a squirt bottle

Just curious if you installed it yourself or had a shop do it. I live in Yuba City as well and am thinking of getting the Nameless exhaust. If you had a shop do it which one did you use. Thanks in advance. Exhaust looks sharp.

For those that have installed a Nameless axle back, how difficult was it to install yourself. My mechanical skills are somewhat challenged although I do have the tools to do the job. Just don't want to f**k it up.

Piece of cake without even jacking it up. Use a decent extension to crack the nuts and spray some silicone into where the mounts go through the rubber hangers. Take the 2 nuts and bolts off so it's hanging free and carefully lever off the rubbers one at a time.
Reverse the process with something on the floor so you don't scratch the new one.

Also, Make sure you properly torque the bolts. Making them too tight can warp the gasket and cause leaks just as much as Under-tightening them.

Yes, this is normal. Nameless has another company that does their mandrel bends and they can't keep up with the number of orders. This is why it is taking longer.

I waited over a month for my first Axleback, and I'm going on a month for this one.

Trust me, it is worth the wait. The quality is unreal.
