This is IMHO, i think exhaust leak is the only issue and I don't think it would be big enough to melt anything.

Call them right away to get one shipped or see which one you can buy locally that fits.

The 3" system comes with a gasket (supposed to). The 2.5" one does not and uses the stock one.

Does Nameless usually forget to add the gasket to shipments? That's unacceptable

Also how long will it take to install the axleback on a lift?

They never state to include a gasket. It says somewhere to reuse the stock one.

2 bolts 4 bushings, 15 minutes or so on a lift.

Only the 3" systems come with a gasket, and no, they don't normally miss the gasket on the shipment.

Took me a little under an hour without a lift.
