ML24 Fog Light LED Vents

These are still in the design stages, but I figured I would share official updates.

The original launch date was meant to be in February, but they are working on newer manufacturing methods to produce a more reliable and OEM fitting part.
Quote:
Not only does it come with all OEM snap fits, it will not require any hardware to install (simple plug and play), all electrical wiring is done and ready to go, just plug in the fog light wire into the LED sockets. The LEDs also come installed and fitted, weatherproof as well.
The estimated price is $400, but this is not set in stone.

I am not affiliated in any way.

Yeah, that looks clean. Make sure to make them "audi bright" since one of the things that gets me down is how dim the boomerangs on the BRZ are during the day. I like to show off!

edit: and make them switchbacks? That would be super awesome.

So the LEDs are for the foglights, what happened to the indicators?

Great design, love the clean look. To be honest i don't see a lot of sales unless the price point drops. You gotta weight these things.

1 - Product Quality (appears to be awesome)
2 - Materials used (awesome as well)
3 - Design point (decent look and clean)
4 - Functionality (very little)
5 - Price for a pair at 400 dollars? AWEFUL -- this product at most should cost 200 bucks considering the plastic bezel is either abs or plastic.

Also, because these will more likely just be accent lights instead of being anything functional for the driver, that will drive the price down even more. Kind of like installing those UFO lights on the bottom of the car.

I'd buy it if it provides some functionality to the driver. If it's just for someone looking at the car, I can pass.

Great concept and design so far, just need to up the anti for functionality purposes (i've said that way too many times, but i'm trying to hammer it in).

I'll relay all of your questions and suggestions to Matt (ML24).

What if the LED strip was twice the thickness? What do you guys think?

The LED strips are the turn signals. I'll ask to see if switchbacks are possible.

I was personally thinking about $300 as a reasonable price. Regarding #5, they are the turn signals, but I do get what you're saying.
