Yes, a little bit of cutting in the dash. When you remove the OEM cluster, you will see in that area plastic. I installed the new cluster pod, marked up to where I needed to cut, and ground away. Sorry I didn't take any pictures I was in a rush.

I haven't driven the car out of the garage yet. I sat and looked at them from my normal position and they are visible. A tiny edge might not be, but the numbers are completely visible.

It depends on your seating position. I know the majority of the gauges would be blocked in my seating position, but others don't have that isssue.

I was able to start the car again today, there is some workarounds to be done to the fuel pump but was able to work it out. I followed a set of instructions for the DW pump that said to remove a spacer that needs to NOT be removed. Sounds awesome!! Now to wait for Catch Can to arrive, tune file and then finally be able to step on it!!

I wouldn't track it hard without an oil cooler. Daily driving, spirited street runs, I wouldn't worry about it much.

Hypothetical red light 1/4 mile drag, is that considered spirited? Lol

I broke one the passenger side clear side marker metal pin. (I knew it was bound to happen). I drilled a hole through the pin area and held it with a tie-wrap. It pokes out a little bit but at least I know its not going anywhere.

Oh, and I did something stupid (and minor) during the install, I removed the ambient temperature sensor for the digital dash display. I'm trying to figure out how to re-insert it without removing the bumper.

You are welcome. The more boosted cars out there the better, and I would be lying if I didn't say I was a little jealous of your AVO kit and that boxer engine sound. You are making me reconsider not waiting for the AVO kit, haha.
