There is a huge insert for the fake fender vent. I wonder what we can replace it with?

Anyone else notice the differences with the foglight area between the blue model and the white one from the press releases?

Seems like they are different model-range models, maybe for different markets?

Well the one has a extra light strip above the foglight and a chrome painted strip on the fender thingy. Not to mention orange instead of clear reflectors on the fenders.

I have been looking at the new BRZ and some angles of the car remind me of the BMW z4 coupe, I think the measurements are very similar.

The BRZ is a terrific looking car...the Z4 coupe is also one of my all time favourites.

Z4
Length × Width × Height in:160.4 × 69.5 × 50.2
BRZ
Length × Width × Height in:170 × 70 × 52

I always liked the Z4 Coupe as well. Good call in noticing the similarities.

It has a targeted price of $31xxxUSD. Let's just say its currently slated for 2013 debut and it won't be slow.

I want to clarify this, the Concept STI was not meant for the standard production BRZ car. Subaru never had a concept for the standard BRZ debuted today, only a technology/engineering clear chassis to show the underpinnings of their creation. Toyota has had 3 if you count Scions. The recent STI concept is for the STI variant.

You know the black plastic front on the BRZ...how about swapping it out with some carbon fiber?

That will look hawt!

Looks like that's what they did to the BRZ 300 race car...

I'm really disappointed with the tail lights of the BRZ.
I wish they had kept the concept tail lights. The designs dont match the front headlights. The headlights have that horse shoe swooping led lights surrounding the projector. They should have that design in the tail lights as well...
