Just got my WC Lathe werks copolymer shift knob. Looks good and feels great with the Perrin reverse lockout. Sits lower than the original one or TRD Duracon knobs, and has a very precise feel.

Interested in the Perrin reverse lockout, how does it differ from stock?

There's 2 o-rings inside that will slide along the shifter. With grease, it is more effort to pull up, but feels smoother. There's no play whatsoever and feels solid as it's machined out of aluminum.

Jeff sent me their prototype one that reuses the rollpin instead of a screw, like their production units.

Interesting, thanks for the info.
Does the one they have for the WRX fit the FRS/BRZ or are they making one specifically for the car?

That's the one I got.

... It does compliment the silver trim pieces of the car extremely well!
Thanks for posting yours! It made my decision to buy mines . I'd have to agree 100% on the finish.. The Bead Blasting makes it feel right at home with the silver trim around the shift boot & console.

Just got mine's today.. not a great pic in the dark, but I couldn't wait til morning to install it.

Thanks, so does yours! I wish the engraving was just a bit darker.. but other than that, craftsmanship & finish is top-notch! I love the hex screw inside of the shift knob to make it so easy to adjust height & correct the orientation of the shift pattern.

Speaking of the shift pattern, the default one they had was just a bit too 'unsporty' for me, so I made my own.. it's an illustrator file (vector), anyone who wants to use it is welcome to.. just PM me & I'll email it to you.

BTW if this forum has a place to put free/uncopyrighted files like this for anyone to download & use, let me know and I'll upload it there.
