How large are those things? I get the crazy idea that you could swap the centers out for a couple of hockey pucks and have something that worked, and have a chance at being legal at the same time!

I want to pick the brains of some of the more experienced guys on something. This season I'm running on stock tires and so far I've noticed that when I'm coming out of a turn I have to really ease it out so I don't slip the back end out. What's the best mod to combat this? I was thinking a front sway or springs (don't have the budget for coilovers), or should I wait until I grab my new wheel/tire setup for next year?

No doubt. I'm running STX but it's my first year so I don't expect to be competitive (hence the decision to be cheap and run through the stock tires before I switch out to something better). I'm just seeing if I can space out my mods or do something smaller and cheaper in the meantime.

It's going to get a much more official setup before next year with new wheels/tires, alignment, etc. I'm just wondering if there's something cheaper I can do in the meantime to help or if I should just wait until I do everything next year.

I'm repping the chive on my helmet too. I put on a headerback right after I got the car, so I'm already out of stock (again, I'm not trying to be competitive right away), so this is more about just getting more enjoyment out of the car. I also run with a small local club and there's actually far more competition in the rookie stock class than rookie STX.

I'd recommend a hollow 22mm bar, but then again, I'm biased enough that I actually build them.
