but I am trying to decide what do with my fender that is chipped. maybe time to flat black the whole car? Just the fender? maybe wrap the whole car?
It all looks like dollar bills I don't have.

No, his are 17x9 with 275/40/17s

These are a square setup front and rear, they will fit any suspension or ride height but they fill up wheel gap nicely. They're the same as my fronts.
