Has anyone installed the Perrin Shift Rod Bushing and the Whiteline Gearbox Thrust Insert?

Nice, I remember going on BMW drives with the founder of that company about 10 years ago. They make some great lightweight, good looking, relatively inexpensive wheels for BMWs. I'd definitely consider picking up a set of 86-fitted 17"s from them. Keep us up to date on any developments!

He mentioned those drives he was doing before because I told him about the meets going on here northern cali and the vegas meet. He's also excited to the products they will produce for our cars. Me too, I'm interested on the wheels they're planning. I'll keep you guys updated but yeah, they know their stuff. An affordable performance wheel that is lightweight is a must!

How do you guys get these kinds of gigs anyway? I dont mind having my 86 as a test car.

I don't know what others do but me, after the HPDE event at the Sonoma, surprisingly, someone contacted me then boom there you go giving them the chance to make something for us in the market. haa

be careful running spacers my friend. anything more than 15mm is a bad idea
