I don't know how much longer or why is it taking that long, but I've a sneaky and suspicious feeling that I'd be better off waiting for Scion to release their genuine OEM kit for the Fog Lights.

Shipping delays + technical uncertainty + exuberant costs = Wait for Scion

I ordered from Amayama Trading yesterday, also I ordered the bezels from Nigel on 2/11/13. Lets see who gets here first.

40 sets of bezels are shipping out. I included a set of FREE GunmaTuning LED as a gift for all of you.

We have the extension for the harness kit that are long enough (50cm more). Once I know it isn't long enough, I get it fix right away.

Also, we changed the switch to a smaller one now.

i hope that i was in that shipment. I did not get any sort of tracking number emailed to me today.

I was hoping I'd be part of the shipment to, I ordered my fogs from subarupartsforyou and my bezels and harness from Nigel both on March 21st. My fogs ARRIVED 3 days ago and I still haven't even heard from Nigel-JDM Parts!
I really want to get these babies installed.

I'd like to get in on Nigel's group buy for the Clear/Smoke LED BUILT IN Side Marker for the 86/BRZ, but I want to get the bezels and harness sorted out first.

So I opted to go with TRS relay harness. It's plug and play for ballasts but not halogen. I cut off the ballast ends and soldered on H11 pig tails. It uses a 2 relay design such that each lamp is powered from it's own relay.

It also incorporates a light on each relay so if one were to fail, you only need look at the relay and replace it.

As for a signal, I tapped into the passenger side marker so the lights only come on with light switch in the parking light position and headlight position.

While I was at it, I removed the DRL junction box.

There is no designated top or bottom to the fog lamps. So I designated the lamp such that the writing on the lamp was right-side-up. I modified the fog lamp housing fit flush and remove all gaps. Maybe someone has the gypsie magic to fitting flush without modification but I couldn't. I know some wouldn't feel comfortable modifying brand new lamps they paid $100 for but oh well, it worked.
