Not the best video/recording.. but it was the only clip I took.. and the audio of the exhaust is fairly accurate in it.. http://s965.photobucket.com/user/pdx...024b6.mp4.html

If I come across anyone with a better recorder, I'll try to post more clips.. but I've said before, I'd rather spend money on mods than an expensive recorder.

I'd describe the sound similar to a good quiet aftermarket exhaust.. definitely a little louder than stock, but not by much.. and definitely not raspy.. unless you consider that clip (at the very END, driving away) on the raspy side. You hear how it sounds on WOT.. sound is so subjective, you can judge for yourself. It's not a boxer "rumble" either but I like the subtle aggressiveness of the sound now.

I had a resonated front pipe installed along with the header, so if you keep your stock front pipe (with the 2nd cat) it might even be quieter.

Ok, I saw in the dyno video. The one pic angle makes it look like it's a close fit.

EDIT- Do you offer thermal coating? (I saw you do w/ the turbo kit)
I see it on the website. How long of a delay would it take? I'm interested in the black thermal coating or are they ready to ship? Also, will it bolt to the OEM over-pipe? I'm ready to order, just want to confirm.

coating will add another week tot he order. we are build some end of this week. just have to cut these PIA collectors for the headers and turbo kits we sold this past weekend. and they are time consuming LOL. i would never coat anything ahead of time just like our intake i coat them after the order is placed even when they are instock. fits the factory over pipe just fine. thats how we designed it so you can bolt it onto a stock car.

The harder you drive, the faster it cools down.. and stays cool!

this angle give a much better view of how far away this thing is from the intake tubes.

Not to make this a pissing contest, but we had the P&L dynos up a week before Nameless posted their dynos.

True. Nameless design is different than both of these though. Nameless dyno looks very different while p&l and this look.....identical.

Nameless posted teasers a couple weeks before if I remember correctly. Showing the vband connection and whatnot. Either way all these options are good for us

Would you mind sharing your overpipe/front pipe setup/specs? I ordered the header and might want to do the same. The clip sounds great, exactly the type of sound I'd want.

Those photos show the 4-2-1 header and not the 4-1. The reason for the similarities between the fa20club and P@L headers is they are both designed with a front mounted turbo upgrade in mind, however the Vband placement is different for both products. For the Fa20club it's right after the merge, while the P&L is after the initial bend.

It looks with the placement of the Nameless Vband it was mainly so they could test 2.5" and 3" setups, letting them change the outlet to the overpipe. There is little functionality they can get out of a Vband located there.

I tried a 3" exhaust when i was NA after i did my first tune and the damn thing lost 9whp. i was able to retune and get it back but see any real gains. I only went 3" cause i was gonna build a turbo kit. the exhaust is still on my auto car thats part of the reason i dont test certain products on the auto anymore cause my baseline would be low.
