Depends on the location mostly. I do have a couple trucks on the list (classic ford, new chevy).

unichip? front pipe? Strut tower bar? lowering springs? Spacers? front lip? rear spoiler? Inexpensive subwoofer+amp? Full detail? New Shift knob? powdercoat stock wheels? HID kit? Full LED interior/exterior upgrade?

Front pipe maybe , rear spoiler or crystal eye tail lights a huge maybe..
shift knob .. eventually ...

hid kit .. no retrofit eventually , I'm putting my big boy panties on and saying no to quick fixes

A new shift knob makes a huge difference. Hell you could get a shift knob AND a front pipe. All sorts of combinations.

Watching a show called How We Invented the World. They're talking about cars on this episode and they've started with tires, using drifting as an example of how we use tires for cars. It's pretty cool. And guess what I caught a few glimpses of tearing it up around the track?

Went out eating w my friends & saw that USA vs Mexico men's soccer was on, so I've start watching but... Men's soccer... Why are you so weak? This is why I've stop watching men's soccer. Women's soccer is more interesting. They got balls, skills & hellova lot more entertaining to watch than these crying babies "injuring" themselves... F'ck! Grow some balls!!!!
