Still am curious about the oil return situation. Anyone familiar with the kit able to comment?

That's because they make up for it with those smooth radius bends and straight exiting exhaust path. |

My comment about heat concern was related to the undertray.
Sounds like the response is great. Awesome kit. One more question, the 4" air intake pipe looks like it would foul on the BMC on a RHD car; can you confirm/comment? |

We like to build no-compromise turbo systems and making it adapt to both LHD and RHD vehicles would affect our turbo placement as well as the use of our 4" intake. |

While we wait to test our header next week, we thought we'd post another dyno chart to give people an idea of what to expect when we add more boost.
We've broken down the dyno chart to give you an indication of what to expect in terms of around-town driveability, given the massive torque increases from off-idle all the way to redline with our turbo system. At normal cruising rpm's, the engine's powerband will feel more like a mid-sized V6. As you can see, there is no turbo lag here: The figures below are for wheel torque as measured on our DD Dyno: NA Stock with Injen Intake: (2,500rpm: 100tq) (3,000rpm: 134tq) (3,500rpm: 136tq) (4,000rpm: 122tq) - (valley of death) (4,500rpm: 123tq) - (valley of death) (5,000rpm: 131tq) (5,500rpm: 132tq) PTUNING GT3076R Turbo System: Torque and delta vs. baseline NA (2,500rpm: 150tq= +40tq) (3,000rpm: 184tq= +50tq) (3,500rpm: 198tq= +62tq) (4,000rpm: 213tq= +91tq) - (we're seeing 91-108tq gains in this area alone) (4,500rpm: 231tq= +108tq) (5,000rpm: 248tq= +117tq) (5,500rpm: 253tq= +121tq)

This is exactly the power band that I want. I love that the factory exhaust manifold is retained. This should make it easier to pass emissions tests in my area. I would like to see how this setup reacts on the track. I also would like to see how the oil is returned.

This looks AWESOME!!! Looks like this turbo just took the number one spot on my list of candidates.
I'm also excited to see if the new header will add even more to the already awesome performance. Also, what is the PSI on that last posted dyno? |

What is your secret Ptuning? I have never seen a big turbo like this spool so good on a 2.0L. Whatever you are doing... keep doing it!
I looked at the other kits you offer with this GT3076 on other 4 cyl and they are all much much more laggy. Are you sure you have the right turbo on there? ![]() ![]()

they're probably not 12.5:1 compression engines. even still, these charts show some incredibly early spooling for a 3076r (gt none the less, not even a gtx) on a 2.0l 4 banger.

This looks very nice! I'm not a big fan of the red pipes, or the pipe routing above the engine but the exhaust layout is beautiful.
