Have you got the stock axleback?
I think my economy at that speed has suffered since I fitted a Nameless axleback due to the OEM muffler flowing the air much better.

I've got the stock muffler back on while I get my 3" Nameless one ordered properly this time. I'll test the flow a bit more again with a similar 50 mile test to see if that drag does occur.

Jason will make a diffuser if enough of us request them to do it. I'm definitely in!

I've been getting on average, 28 mpg with about 10 stop lights, a couple miles of highway driving and back for my commute to work.

Worst MPG I've gotten was 26.5 and that was some very spirited driving.

That's interesting. I forgot about all the hassles you just had with Titon and that it was back to stock.
If it is causing higher fuel consumption and rear end lift at speed it needs to be sorted out. The fuel consumption issue is bad enough but losing traction from the rear tyres on long high speed bends and under brakes is unacceptable.
Hopefully Jason will show us what he's worked out and find out how many of us are concerned enough to buy it?

My last tank was 27.5 and I had the 2.5" Axleback on, but there was only about 7 miles of 70 mph highway driving on that tank with it. I'd really have to test it on the highway to see it. When I looked at the axleback, it looked pretty snug up and behind the rear axle.

That stock muffler is massive... I wasn't happy putting it back on.

It is massive and heavy but it does flow the air and without it the rear centre section, in black, is shaped like a snow plough and must act as an air brake as well as increasing the air pressure and causing rear end lift.
