TSB's already fixed if purchased after TSB released?

Hi, I should be taking delivery on my FR-S in May sometime and I was just wondering if all the tsb's released for the car will be fixed before taking delivery of the car?

Thank you

Only factory recalls are required to be done before a retail sale. Tsb's are addressed if a customer has a issue with an item on a tsb. I just got my FR-S out of the shop for the idle issue and it set a few codes P0016,P0017 and P0018 the Scion Service bulleton SSB -0032-12. I am just leaving work so I'll see if all is fixed tonight!

Check your VIN against the range specified in each bulletin if you're having any of the issues covered by each one. There's no reason to even worry about it if your car is problem-free.

And yes, generally when a TSB is released, it means the manufacturer has determined a solution to the problem, and it will either be checked at the factory, or newer vehicles will have updated parts designed to address the issue.

any recall would be performed, but a tsb only applies if you have the problem.

I bought mine almost two months ago and I think I'm hearing the crickets. Also my idle isn't always stable but I've yet to throw a CEL and I heard its only and issue if you throw a CEL.

Even though your VIN is not in the range of each specific bulletin, you might still have the issue. My FRS(less than a month old) is going back to the dealer for condensation in taillights issue even though it's vin isn't in the specified range of vins for the condensation taillights. I'm also going to have them look at the chirping noise as well.
