I'll definitely do what I can to make it out to this. There's a chance I might be living in a different part of the country by that time of year so I need to get that sorted (which I've been in the middle of doing) before I make solid plans. >.<

That's the thing... It'll be in Vegas. I'm debating to make it event BBQ or not... cuz c'mon, it's Vegas, there's so many option of food to choose from. I might want Chinese... but that doesn't mean, other feels the same.

BUT if we have enough member feels, that we should have some, I'll bring up that in agenda to the other mods & admin need to discuss.

Just a thought, I'm thinking it might be a neat idea if we looked into having one of those plastic name tags made up with our user name on it.

I know it would be imposing on one person but perhaps one of our Las Vegas members, who plans on being there, could take advance orders and money from each of us wanting one and have them made up. That way they would all be the same kind, size and color. I know I wouldn't mind throwing in a couple bucks extra to take care of "handling charges".

Good Luck Switch! looking forward to meeting you and some others at this meet, I'm actually going out to Socal after the meet to see some living options too, Always wanted to live out west, hopefully some opportunities.

Custom personal shirts will take WAY too much $ & time

very true. maybe like for the awards or whatever is happening at the dealer it would be good there to do simple hot dogs and burgers? easy and cheap to save people on one meal at least. just putting out ideas. thanks for taking it into consideration

It's an event so the health department would be all over it if they found out. We could just call a food truck so people don't have to leave the event to eat.

Well here's to checking around the event what kind of food places are around? I hate to have some issues with the authorities there because we want to grill simple meat for hot dogs. Etc etc. If the area is filled with food any ways crossing he street or a small walk away from event shouldnt matter too much imho. But now this is gonna be in considerations I might as well pack.some MRE LOL
