No you won't get a CEL.

Please send a log in after installing the header

Thanks

If the laptop issue is the only thing holding you back, we might be able to work something out. You're only in NJ.. Not that far away

I wouldn't mind the drive but I'd still need the laptop so I can flash to stock before bringing the car in if necessary.

Not exactly sure how I am here typing this. I was on the highway going about 85 mph in the middle left lane and some Idiot was trying to race me in the far left lane and then decided to speed ahead a little and cut me off. I barely overcorrected and of course my tail kicked out at 85mph on the highway... Cars all behind us and I did atleast a 360 starting from the left center lane to the grass on the right side of the intersate then all the way back to the center wall. I came to a complete stop facing perfectly parallel to the inside concrete wall with maybe 6 inches of room to open my driver door.... Needless to say.. I SOMEHOW didn't hit anyone else or a single object.. My car is untouched, barely any dust on it. I swear someone is looking out for me, because I've had some really close calls in this car ( life threatening). Already been T-boned in it.

Anyways. I was in 6th when I came to a stop so it stalled. When I tried to start it up it wouldn't turn until about the 3 or 4th time and my CEL is on. I drove it home. I don't notice any new noise at all. Steering is still straight, but im going to take it to discount tire and see if my buddies can see anything that isn't right.

I ran the ECU DTC Tool. ECU 2012MY. I clicked Read DTC's and its not finding anything but my Cel is still on. Does anyone know if I am doing something wrong?

Wow, really glad to hear you're ok! I've had more close calls screwin' around on the highways than should statistically enable me to be sittin' here typing this post lol. But haven't ever spun out doin' 85mph. Sounds pretty scary. You are definitely lucky!

Is the car tuned with any software or is it stock ecu? That will help narrow down the cause of the CEL if you're not getting any codes.

Wow, Maryland now has a guy representing Visconti? This is pretty awesome! I've been repping Visconti's tunes for months and letting people drive my car (pre-turbo). Can't wait to meet you in person Rich!

I'm currently running John's newest e85 tune. I'm too tired to go back out in the cold tonight and try and figure out what's wrong. I'll check tomorrow and let you guys know.

Absolutely ..and like we keep slyly insinuating ..we have some cool things in the works, and I for one would like to organize more meets/events. Having been at TX2K13 for a solid week, it really drove home how cool it is to hang out with such like minded people. If you're on the car boards like these, that get soo in depth, you're definitely a special beed (like we are) and always fun to talk to and put faces to.

So here's to more meet/greet/tune events! I know Vegas in June is gonna be a blast!

Definitely keep us posted. Get those logs into the support console when you have the time. If you dont mind, give more details about what happened too when you submit the ticket. What map were you on, what did you respond to, how did you react (change gears, slam brakes, etc). Very curious about which stage of traction control you were running too.

Just wanted to let everyone know I'm headed out to FL for a few days.

Once I land in FL I will finish reviewing datalogs and sending out tune updates.

Anything that has been ordered and needs to be shipped has already been shipped.

Expect to see a stamps.com email with tracking by the end of the day

Thanks

John
