I think @Evil86 and Gem need to chim in... Now there are options also for rear shock mounts? Will I need these for the stock dampers till I purchase koni aftermarket shocks later down the road? And what is their aggressive spring rate? Mmmm

I also have a complete GroundControl coilover setup (everything they make). I have the aluminum rear mounts as well so if you guys have any specific questions I can assist. Also have the adjustable end links if there are any questions there. As far as spring rates it depends what you plan to do with your car. That's the beauty of GC is that you can get any spring rate you like. If you decide to use it for something different or simply want a different character just swap springs out. For example I chose 375lb fronts and 400lb rears but there are a bunch of reasons to choose specific springs. I have to account for my sway bars, tire size (staggered), alignment settings, driving style, plan of use. The term "aggressive" is really negligible but used for those who perhaps don't fully understand suspension characteristics.
